Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Restart, operated by fegan, based in Switzerland. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

Restart is a daily check-in tool. We offer a free trial and a paid plan. Features and pricing may change; we'll give you notice of material changes before they take effect for existing subscribers.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email — keep access to that inbox secure, since it's how your account is protected. You're responsible for the content you enter into the app.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but email us if something went wrong and we'll take a look.

Acceptable use

Don't use Restart to store or share unlawful content, attempt to break the service, or access other users' accounts.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No warranty / limitation of liability

Restart is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email before they take effect.
